Schedule a 15-20 minute discovery call with one of our Client Solutions Specialists to better understand your clinic needs, challenges, goals, and preferences.

TAILORED PROPOSAL

We will create a customized proposal outlining our services, timeline, and pricing based on our discussion during the discovery call. When you're ready to proceed, we'll finalize the agreement and start the onboarding process.

ONBOARDING PROCESS

1. VA Matching & Selection: We will find the perfect VA match for you from our pool of highly qualified candidates, based on their experience and expertise with your tools and tasks.

2. Integration Call: After selecting a candidate, we will conduct an Integration Call with the following objectives:

  • Introduction of your chosen virtual professional to your company and the team they will collaborate closely with.

  • Discussion of your existing processes and office policies.

  • Turnover of access to all necessary platforms (PMS, VOIP, Remote PC, Email, Insurance Websites, etc.). It would be helpful if everything is set up prior to the call.

  • Establishing your preferred communication channel.

  • Discussing expectations and finalizing details to prepare your new team member.

3. VA Training: Once we have all the necessary information, training will commence immediately.

ONGOING SUPPORT
